I am “Consulting Head of Engineering at Ardgour Ales Ltd.” – I apply my varied background in hydraulics, electrics, and biotechnology to help this Highland start-up to achieve their mission to: “produce cask ales using the finest malted barley, whole hop flowers from around the world, high attenuation ale yeasts and water with a perfect balance of dissolved salts. [Their] equipment runs on the hydro electricity produced locally. No fossil fuels, no cryo pellets, no hop oils, no centrifuging, no filtering, no nitro-kegging. Just traditional brewing skills and a fresh, wholesome product.”
